We are looking for a Retail Sales Professional/Assistant Manager to provide excellent customer service and assist in all aspects of managing a small lingerie boutique. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. We offer a competitive hourly wage plus commission, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers, sell and cross-sell product
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services, returns)
• Assist customers with accurate fit, including post-surgical customers with professionalism and sensitivity
• Manage inventory through purchasing, receiving, pricing, and displays
• Master all aspects of Lightspeed POS and assist team members as needed
• Merchandise product: refresh window displays and store layout
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Keep social media up-to-date and relevant (IG, FB, TikTok)
• Willing to learn medical coding and back office procedures
• Work as a team member, provide input and ideas in all facets of business management
• Invent and carry out special events

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Professional, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Basic math skills, aptitude to learn various systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• Capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Highly motivated, able to work as a team and take initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fashion retail: 1 year (Preferred)
